WeeBees and the Bee Attitudes is an adorable 46-page book that highlights good attitudes that children develop. Each WeeBee character’s name is one of these attitudes. We meet Bee Thankful who reminds us to say, “Thank you” when appropriate. There are several other characters such as Bee Nice, Bee Kind, and Bee Helpful. Following every attitude page is an art page illustrating different ways to act out those attitudes. This is a perfect book to introduce good attitudes for children and reinforce developing attitudes.

I especially loved the play on words of “Bee Attitude”. While the book didn’t contain the real Beatitudes, it prepares children by reinforcing a foundation of kind and caring behaviors.

Definitely give this book a read, especially if you’re looking for books that highlight good behaviors.
